Mindfulness is a very helpful life skill that can be learned by anyone at any age and it is based on being aware of your breathing and your body. Mindfulness can be practised in several different ways, depending on your needs at the time. It helps us appreciate good things that go on in our daily life, as well as helping us cope with the difficulties.
Courses and Enrolments
The aim of the courses is for participants to learn about the principles of mindfulness and the underlying philosophy and psychology so that you can begin to develop your own daily mindfulness practice or to deepen your current mindfulness practice.
