If there is a cancellation 1 month or more, before the course begins – 80% of the course is refunded or transferred to another mindfulness course within one year. If the transfer takes place there can be no further transfer and if that place is cancelled no refund will be given.

If there is a cancellation less than one month before the course begins it is not possible to get a refund. If the cancellation is due to ill health then with a doctor’s certificate or exceptional circumstances then there is discretion to transfer to another mindfulness course within a year, if there is availability. There would also be a fee of $100 to cover the non-recoverable costs on the first course. If the transfer takes place there can be no further transfer and if that place is cancelled no refund will be given.
